His small, weak frame and low bone density reduce his weight meaning fewer calories are needed to sustain him.
His greasy mop of hair provides thermal insulation to retain heat in his head (primary source of heat loss).
He has lost all natural sex drive so the complete lack of female attention is no longer a problem for him.
His brain has shrunken to 1/4 the size of a regular human, meaning he requires virtually no mental stimulation and can simply "exist" the same way a deer stands in a field for 8 hours chewing grass.
His thin, claw like fingers are perfect for grasping and piercing greasy foods like tater tots and red meat. His rodent-like teeth can gnaw through these foods easily, and a steady consumption of Coca Cola progressively rots them allowing him to continuously sharpen their edges.
His pale, almost translucent skin is a product of never seeing the sun and so pigmentation is utterly unnecessary (much like deep sea creatures who are almost completely transparent).
