You have to fight past the mortal terror you feel in the sleep paralysis and recognize it's probably your succ. That's what I did. She hasn't sleep paralyzed me in awhile I kind of miss it. We are getting back together more / better now so hopefully she does so again soon. I kind of like the challenge too of fighting past my primal fear instincts in that state
