I think there are several great stories that incorporate strong, truly Christian themes to them
But generally when someone asks for a "Christian" game, or "Christian" music, or "Christian" art, they mean American Evangelical Protestant which is so restrictive and performative with its purity checks that actual artistic expression isn't just impossible, it's outright discouraged.
Catholics can make art fine. Orthodox can make art fine. Even traditional Protestants can make art fine. But Evangelicals are awful at it and always have been. Even if they show good technical skills (Thomas Kinkade), the actual message behind it is essentially just regurgitated church doctrine and not the true glory of God or his creation.
