The ap ratios dont exactly matter. MFs ap rio on E is so low buying ap doesnt even give it more dmg.
The dmg solely comes from either mandate, liandris, torch, ludens.
Just look at this. Yes, the E dmg is very low and has almost no ap scaling anymore after dozens of nerfs but eating this shit over and over hurts at some point.
Same goes with ashe
