I don't know who needs to hear this but if you're doing a full PC build half the budget should be going to the GPU
everything should then be built around whatever GPU you bought
the next most important component is the PSU don't cheap out on the PSU! if you buy a high quality one it will literally last the rest of your life, if you cheap out it will pop and take half your system with it.
then the Mobo
then the CPU
then the CPU cooler
then the RAM
then the storage
and very last is the case, everyone rocked pic rel at some point
