Ann is actually considered pretty strong, even more than you can get dupes of her and a copy of her weapon for free.
Yaoling is the only other fire DPS who could replace her.
Anns not top tier but out of all the standards she's get most longevity by far. everyone else ends up in t4 or lower except skull for bosses.
T1 is fine imo, but if you mean everyone below the utter top is trash, fair enough i guess.
