I got Fab9 with 7.8k rpm limit (ask for 7.8k tune and what gas (US or EU))
versa tunes you get with versatuner and you need it got fab9 tunes anyway

you can feel more umf on both maybe more on fab9 MAYBE
you should get tune
you don't need full versatune
but versatune tune is open and you could edit it if have full program (if you know engine jumbo mumbo)
don't waste time with popcorn on stock exhaust, zero effect
raised limiter alone worth it, for Nürburgring helped me a lot
and you can reach 100km/h on second gear.
