It's not worth a re-watch.
It's a good Gundam show for people new to anime or mecha but the whole series is frustrating to watch at best and outright terrible at its worst. Unless you're the kind of viewer who keeps a show on mute and just enjoys a visual spectacle there's no upside in trying to sit through the hamfisted narrative that is SEED again.
Just watch battle clips or comp movies on YouTube or something.
