[Often times I see people searching for a Panacea in their foods and it comes in so many forms. Carni, keto, raw milk, raw honey, raw.... But then you assess them healthwise and see they're dyels, don't lift or exercise.
There's no Panacea, there's no specific food to add that'll fix you up. It takes time and effort and exercise to do that.]
