i've pondered this myself, and i think it comes down to a number of things.
1) Eve's head/hair is quite bland. i think what makes a good sexy female character can really come down to her head, because if she doesn't look all that interesting naked, some artists aren't going to want to draw her naked.
2) Mechanical parts - a lot of artists don't fuck with wanting to draw complex mechanic/cybernetic body parts or decal
3) this one is inconclusive, but i genuinely believe when the source material is overly sexual that it makes people less inclined to want to draw porn of it. its inconclusive because characters like 2B and Shantae exist that are fairly sexual designs in their source material, but still garner a large amount of porn. but going off my experience, i almost never see people draw porn of Dead or Alive girls, or Senran Kagura girls, for instance. of course it exists, i'm sure there's thousands of porn drawings for those franchises if i go to r34 right now, but it doesn't compare to the amount and quality of more "tastefully" sexy designs like Tifa or Chun-Li or something. they have sexual aspects to their design (Tifa's big tits, Chun-Li's thighs) but it's not as overt and in your face necessarily in the games themselves, save for a few small moments like maybe a couple of Chun-Li's alternate outfits or Tifa being in a bikini at some point in FF7R.
likewise, i rarely see porn fanart of characters from actual hentai, have you seen people draw fanart of characters from popular hentai like Taimanin Asagi or Bible Black? again, i'm sure it exists, but what's the point when the source material already provides the goods?
