These characters have no relation to Hardsuit's game. They threw out the whole story and all the characters. So Samuel (Hardsuit) and Tolly (TCR) have the same face but are a completely different person with no similarities besides being a Nosferatu.

Your vampire roommate in Hardsuit's version (the one talking in the trailers) was recycled into a character named Dale Beecher. He has nothing in common with the Hardsuit roommate character.
