Even if a modern game allowes you turn off TAA odds are that it'll look terrible without it, because most games are now designed with the idea of a temporal layer. This is why turning AA off in STALKER2 for example makes the vegetation look horrifyingly bad. Devs design the LODs, articles, shaders, and distant objects with TAA in mind so they cut corners where they can, but once you lose TAA then it looks awful.
