I have a neat little anecdote about Polar Claw.

For reference, Polar Claw had a neat little gimmick where one of his front paws unfolded into a little spring-loaded bat drone guy. I was a kid when I was collecting these toys, and at some point I managed to lose the bat. Since this was half his arm in beast mode, it was a pretty crippling loss to the figure. I somehow got the idea to write to the factory address on the box, explaining that I'd lost it, and asking if they could send me a replacement. So I mail out my very polite hand written letter, and lo and behold, in a few weeks someone actually sent me back the missing piece. I don't think I even got a form letter with it, just the little bat guy in a small box. So that probably means some random mail clerk read this dumb kid's letter and actually had the heart to go out onto the factory floor and snag a part for me.

Kudos to you, mystery employee. You made the world a little bit better for a random child you'd never met.
