There's a reason why ghettos are on the decline. More and more people who live in those areas are realizing that education is the ticket out of poverty and they get educated and enter into the middle class.

America's ghettos are in decline because so many African-Americans are getting educated and moving into the middle class.

In my city's upper middle class and affluent neighborhoods alone, I've seen numerous successful black families.
