I'm literally designing one right now that will clear the $10,000,000 I need to make the base game. It will port to a Fallout universe or Battle for Middle Earth. For free. Creators keep their content. I will region ban China and kick gook names. I will over charge China too for revenge for abusing America.

It's so good. I have no protection as it is a "spiritual successor" to an owned IP but it will work and be nicely done. Hopefully it will launch like COH series and get better over time.

I am biased to the COH series, I think relic out did Blizzard's WC3. Blizzard really only had custom maps after 500 hours of WC 3.
