Year 1 skills that haven't been buffed have a lot of quirks. Bloodsucker is a skill a few servants have. For example, Vlad has it at rank A, and his is a nice round 30%. To match the lore, some servants that had lower ranks of a given skill in lore were given lower values on their skills. This is why Bloodsucker C (which Medusa's sisters, Carmilla and Yu-Mei-Ren have) has a weirdly not round number, something they avoid in more modern servant design.
Another interesting quirk is Medea's Argon Coin skill. It's the only skill in the entire game that has a mechanical description that isn't purely mechanical. It specifically describes the in-lore aspect of what she's doing when she uses that skill in the skill's effect description.
