When you have significant muscle mass and use anabolics, your weight can fluctuate drastically due to water/glycogen levels.
In this case, I went from 4,500kcal -> 1,700kcal and cut out carbs entirely
I "lost" 20lbs in the first 20 days (again, mostly water/glycogen weight)
It's pretty common for my bodyweight to fluctuate 30-50lbs between bulk/cut.
Currently, I'm 14-15% BF and trying to see if I can make it to 10%, so I'm going to attempt to lose another ~10lbs.
Not sure if I'll make it, weight loss has stalled last few weeks and I don't want to cut cals so low I feel like I'm dying.
