I think even with the extra space, this is kind of going to be a nesting doll moment where most of my stuff ends up either in the cottage or the pokemon bag since the latter's honestly bullshit if close to game logic.

Fug. Even if you wanted to be nice and say Champ in the Making gave a modifier for actually being a pokemon trainer, that's just kind of a dismal showing in general. Honestly starting to wonder if that high roll was just a fluke victory in Cerulean followed by Kengan's Xia Ji levels of failing sideways to slightly (read: very) downward. But ultimately endearing myself to Misty of all people between bants and barely making it back from the coast just off Fuchsia because I was either not the least bit prepared to take a poke float to Cinnabar and/or got there just in time for the volcano to go nuclear. Surprised to not faceplant at Saffron though; that's nice.

And one more roll set to see how team went... Min DC to clear is 20 or higher for listed stuff, but pity catches (common encounters) are still available at 10 or higher. First one is a floating check for a wild 'mon; below 5 fails.
