don't bother; we've had this thread literally hundreds of times and every single time it's lying zoomers LARPing about something they weren't alive for.

I used to trade my Gamepros for my friend's Nintendo Powers at summer camp. I remember reading about Earthbound coming out, and how exciting it was (it lived up to the hype for 12 year old me). Playing those big brick Gameboy FF games where you eat meat, and reading up all on all those games coming up is still a core 1990s memory for me.
