The circled zones would most likely be the deployment sectors of Armored Assets. Outside of there, you are most likely going to have light infantry or light mobile units in those sectors.

Light Mobile being vehicles like JLTVs, Strykers, MRAPS, Etc. Reason why I didn't circle anything near the Blacked Sea is because it's too far away from a blue ocean sea port for strong sustainment of Armored operations.
