Thenks, she does clean up pretty well, and she looks even better in person. Kinda changes from red to purple depending on angle and ambient light; it's a beautiful colour. I really need to get her washed at some point...

Never owned a road-going motorcycle, but I did own an E46 M3 at the same time as my MX5, and I found the '5 to be more fun. Eventually sold the M3, but I still have the '5, so make of that what you will. Different strokes for different folks, and all that.

Noice! I find NA's and NB's always flash or wave back, but NC's are a 50/50, and ND's are mostly just NPC's that don't get it; now I don't bother with ND's unless they flash or wave first. I always feel bad if I don't notice and respond in time :(
