they're taking literal days longer than they would have otherwise to prune because muh votes
where WHAT they're pruning is just shit we could have gained easily and fairly in the timeframe it's going to take to reset it
and the only administrative staff related to the server who's talking to the public keeps saying over and over to "just sod off for a few days"
which implies we shouldn't care about fresh and should just casually wait awhile and come back
which implies there's literally no point to them wasting time pruning shit, even from the devs themselves
which implies none of this even mattered at all, the vote, the pruning itself, any implication of launch at any given time.. .nothing.

so what was the point of any of this? were they easily able to bring the server up yesterday or earlier and are going to instead just massage their prostates until they randomly 'feel like it' at 2am est some random day for minimum concurrent connections?
or they have been encountering other, bigger problems they haven't been communicating and all this is smokescreens to buy more time to work on it?

i can't even fucking understand. between the bizarre, piecemeal, vague, random communication, the bizarre decision to add new zones which take time to add which no one asked for for the literal least popular races on each faction, the bizarre decision to hold a discord poll for 'gauging public opinion' on an option which they INSTANTLY do once it's over and that option of course is the thing that takes the most time and is the stupidest for both wiper and non-wipers alike, that they hyped up as obviously the best option in the poll itself... man. I dunno. Maybe it really is a social experiment lmao
