In 50 years the average mystery meat American will be so intellectually stunted that he will need a computer that can used by a semi-retarded person.
The computer will talk to and understand you, even when language sometimes devolves into indecipherable grunting noises. In such a case the computer will access human embedded monitors and brain scanners to determine the most probable desired command (food, sex, entertainment, socialization).
The few people who can actually read the instructions to set up the computer (1-PLUG THIS INTO WALL. 2-SAY "TURN ON MISTER COMPUTER"), will be like gods, among men.

>What is the problem with end of support? What do you need support for?
Since it's not open source, eventually there will be an exploit that is discovered and never fixed. Also, with end of support, even your virus definitions won't be updated.
In open source projects vulnerabilities are usually found and fixed (by somebody) in the first few months of public release (or even before).
There was that one vulnerability found in a Linux module (or pak or whatever) and it was traced back to a glow nigger coder. That was just because people were getting too lazy and not checking each other's work.
This is also why they are so keen to put back doors at the hardware level now. Eventually open source fixes these problems (except all your drivers).
