It's like the guy who was the main contributor for mpv and was kicked because of the things he kept saying to other people (like, literally saying he is going to kill himself) and his hate for gnome (he broke mpv for gnome on purpose because, at the time, gnome was the only DE with full support for Wayland).
It's really hard to deal with those kinds of people, and you are better off kicking them out after 3 strikes.
