Also, they are using the trees off of the fifth tier, it seems. The 右近の橘 or mandarin orange tree and the 左近の桜 or cherry blossom tree. Honestly, I imagine this chapter's a bit more funny if you're more familiar with these. But I find this pretty charming even having to google this stuff.
