I genuinely don't understand how it's possible for one of the biggest corporations in the world to pay an insane amount of money for the most popular videogame of all time and then do ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOTHING with it. Just how is it possible for the Minecraft development team to be so fucking slow and ineffective? Just how is it possible for every fucking spinoff they've ever tried to have failed so miserably? Just how is it possible for the game to still have so much technical debt, and for the attempted rewrite of the game to have MORE technical debt than the original? It just doesn't seem possible. I need a serious explanation.
