I originally dropped bloodborne too because it was getting a bit too fast and difficult for me (got stuck on the blood starved beast lol)
Then my mother passed away and I had nothing to do to take my mind off of it and just threw myself into the game. All the motherly themes in the game tore me up inside but now it's one of my favorite games of all time.
