Sry I should say it would be weekly, not just a one time tourney, since I want more mid-week shit to pull people onto serb.

As for the rules, I asked in serb and saw an unanimous agreement of 1 pr team restriction. Later on as you say, we can completely remove that restriction, but then that's no reason not to run a tourney and have fun with that now.
