Big companies love saving money by hiring junior devs with little experience.

It's incredibly demoralizing and shitty having to show up to your job every day, knowing you are making shitty games and nothing you do can fix it. The higher ups ruin every single project you work on.

Perfectly justified to take a giant leave for emotional damage. It straight up makes normal people depressed. I didn't even mention "crunch" and you can already see how shit it is to work these jobs.
