So far I don't really get the sense that Death is interested in anything sexual. Instead, it appears that her thing is to see everyone else as a little sister or brother, including Denji and Asa, which is why she always calls them "Denji-kun" or "Asa-chan". And also insists on being called "Kiga-chan" or she refuses to communicate.
It'd be sort of fitting if Denji had a hollow experience like with Himeno and Power, but Death seems an unlikely partner unless there's more to be revealed.
