The Titan fights are the epitome of what's wrong with the game. They're big, have effects everywhere, but what about the gameplay? For most of them you have less moves and abilities than you do in standard gameplay. It's LESS than normal fighting. It's basically a Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm big titan fight thrown into Final Fantasy.
In fact, the whole game is just a bloodier shonen trying too hard to be Naruto. Your main character is a Chosen One getting most of the major Beasts sealed inside him, battling this body-snatching alien god. FFXVI is a shittier Naruto. Dominants are just Jinchuruki and Eikons are Bijuu except the Bijuu have actual personalities.
