I love all three of them so dearly that it makes me wish I had your optimism.
And I don’t even dislike season 7 because of the mentality I built but that said it still leans a little too much into Watterson territory for my comfort, so I have no reason to believe that the second half will be much different than the first. There’s also tons of characters to go through and choose that their shot of anything is small.
But man I would love to be wrong.
