Babylon the Great represents all religions on earth that oppose God. All of them.

The Great Harlot has many daughters, controls all the kings of the Earth, and all nations, tongues, and people. This can't just be the Jews and the Catholic Church because the RCC is limited to certain areas on earth now in influence. The "daughters" are desendants of the RCC which is now the Anglicans, Evangelicals, Protestants, and arguably Islam. Since this includes ALL the entire inhabited Earth then this would also include pagan religions as well like Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Confusionism, Taoism, etc.
