Can we FINALLY agree that the reason classic wow is looked upon fondly has nothing to do with mechanics or content, and everything to do wtih the gaming landscape at the time of release (internet still new so the game was used as a chat room + the breadth of content and lack of datamining/scraping contributed to the feeling of mystery and discovery)?
