I'm not any of those shitstirrers but those two claims aren't in contradiction.
Usually the argument is that BA is dying BECAUSE nexon spent so much money buying up all the fanart scene that didn't end up translating into actual long-term sales nor in-game popularity.

Obviously this is a schizo argument but that's what's being repeated here
