To answer some of the concerns he brought up:
He claimed CGL is selling the game at conventions. This isn't true. Some early product was handed out to the demo team for demo purposes, mostly the grinder kit of every ship in the game, picrel. We know that the game will deliver to all backers first, including retail backers, before CGL actually starts selling it at their convention booths.
Shipping keeps getting delayed, and we don't have many updates on why, but apparently part of what they're doing is using Levs to vet a new shipping partner who will also handle Battletech and the international hubs for CGL, so we won't have $200 shipping for one force pack to aussieland anymore. Apparently shipping has been locked and charged, so we can expect shipments to go to backers Soon, but that could mean anything from next week to months from now.
