Yeah, a lot of gfs go into one another's houses too and we don't see any parent interaction like with Shizuka studying with Nano (and Rentarou subsequently entering Nano's room again without running into her parents). Maybe when they're introduced they'll go "oh (kanojo friend of my daughter) it's nice to see you again" with some implied familiarity if there's to be any interaction.
