I have thousands of hours in ow1, but since ow2 transition my account is not allowed to win and I just get griefers and toxic players even though I barely use chat because I got the final warning years ago. I know it's that account specifically because I have made new accounts and gotten them into masters, but they're not my main account with all my skins.
