PA didn't kill open world pvp, go to arsha or arsha anon on any popular spot, and you will find people grinding and pvping all the time. To this day I still find people even on shit spots like Jade Forest at 9 AM on a weekday. What PA did was give options to the casual playerbase to avoid the red niggers.
