alright, looked through 103's uploads and found it. let's make some observations. it's clearly rushed, reisen's ears and hair among other parts aren't finished. he didn't erase or cleaning up random lines like the purpleish line above the dog. it has to be one of the worst 103 drawings ive seen, seen him put more effort into rando requests.
