i think life has no meaning in modern times. before we arrived here, life was valuable because it was so easy to die. be it by disease, accident, drinking water from the wrong source etc. so just staying alive was a huge effort. nowadays, with advanced medicine, sanitation and technology just being alive its no longer a feature, and now you have to figure out things by yourself, something that still very recent for us. they dont want to admit, because its quite depressing, but its the number 1 reason for low birth rates in developed countries
