Also, I'm gonna start testing stretching for muscle growth (on my calf at first because that's all I can measure and that's what the study is on) which may be something better suited to thin boys. Although if the phytoestrogens from saw palmetto are feminising the skin as it would seem, then maybe prolonged use of that would help frt distribution also

So the idea would be that you spend about an hour a day stretching the glute with some sort of rope/binding to hold you in that stretch. Then after several weeks you switch to let that side recover and tighten while stretching the other for the same period. It may not be necessary for people beginning to workout since they will be able to grow their butts from that (assuming they do the workouts right) but it may help with people who have slowed in their gains

I'm also going to test spot fat reduction by using heating (something I was looking into after you mentioned cling wrapping being used for weigh loss). It's not going to be very scientific since I'm just going to use pictures for comparison, but I'm going to wear a blanket under my shirt when I do my cardio on just my right side. I've seen other studies that suggest resistance training before cardio increases weightloss in that area. I think the idea is that lymph is what fat is first metabolised by, and so increasing lymph circulation through heat or workouts increases the rate fat can be burned. It may not work in the way I'm testing though (maybe I'll extend it to side of torso plus arm)
Thr benefit of this would mean people could do bulking and cutting to build muscle and fat, but wear something to make their torso hot so they burn mostly upper body fat and can keep their butt a little fatter each cycle of bulking. It would also mean one should avoid lower body workouts before cardio, and in particular I'm doing light cardio (power walking) while fasted (and on a keto diet) because that is what's shown too burn mostly fat rather than muscle
