I'm playing as the Mamluks, where do I take it from here? Do I stick to Arab roots, and form Arabia? Or do I culture shift to turkish and form Rûm? I do plan on forming Egypt before either and finish the mamlukean mission tree

I have a Turkish ruler atm so I can shift to Turkish culture by event when I become a regular monarchy after forming Egypt
