Granted! Latex symbiotes exist, and they aren't just common, they're practically everywhere. People aren't sure if they're TRULY alive, but each one starts off as a slime that automatically grows over a host, becoming a life sustaining, bound latex costume or suit that never has to be taken off. No heatstroke, no "I have to pee!", none of that, it'll fit you like a second skin while being pleasant in the same ways that latex is.
These suits are often lewd, but contain incredible power. A frog suit grants incredible leaping ability, water breathing, and climbing. A catsuit gives the wearer superhuman flexibility, agility, and... curves, but that's more of a side effect. A suit can alter the very structure of a person. Anything under the latex can, and likely will, be changed. They can change sex or bodytype (a common side effect for catsuits), grow inhuman parts like lamia or mermaid tails, or even extra limbs. A part of a known kind of latex symbiote can be harvested from a fully grown suit and reproduced, with existing suits being able to regrow what's taken from them... but they will eventually wear out, and leave the wearer nude. These suits are so strong, that it's not just for fetishists, but anyone who wants to fit into the society they're creating. You either use them, or you're a nobody.
There IS still the small problem of "you don't change back when the suit comes off" though... and the transformations take time. Frog futa working on dam construction will slowly grow both sets of genitals, long tongues, webbed feet, and slimy skin that persist even after the suits come off, for instance, but with weaker effects. Sure, they're still good jumpers and amphibious, but they're not quite "superpowered". Brothels and bars may have men wear female costumes, or in some cases, girls wear cute boy costumes to "trapsform" them, since there is a market for that. But when the suit wears out? It either merges fully or falls off, leaving the transformee stuck.
