the champ really isn't that great but ever since his R got buffed he feels "better"
at the end of the day he is a melee champ that has limited mobility options and he is only really good into bruisers and tanks
he can build full ap/ad but these are only decent options in very limited cases

also noteworthy that there are no udyr otps in chall in any regions outside of meme regions(brazil)
the champ is really not good
