IF I have a way to use the stuff on someone else AND the transformation is quick I might try using it on the thugs instead. If I can aerosolize it, putting one or both in the vents or maybe something like a squirt gun seems like a possible move. Young girls with weapons would still be a potential threat but horny succs would probably be worse, so I think I'd use only the first vial in the vents but both for the squirt gun idea. Ideally I'd have a way to shield myself from the chemicals, but I would still go for maximum effect even if there was collateral damage (my penis). This also makes me more valuable because they probably can't get their manhood back without me, but I can't imagine I'd be treated well.

IF the transformation isn't fast and I have to make a decision now, I'd try to convince a female coworker or test subject to drink the second vial and take the first myself. I imagine she'd be a good distraction/magnet for the rapier men, and then at least my murder is likely off the table if I can't escape.

IF the transformation isn't fast I'd just pop both. I think I could hold myself together long enough to make it out at least, then I'd try to hole up to see if I could make a reversal agent before becoming addicted to what I'd made myself. If not, it's still better than the alternatives.

Gotta say I'm really curious about what happens if you only take the second one though.
