think through it like this

a judge gets called to the table
you explain that with empath and marangs, you can deterministically draw through your entire deck via coil and catch
judge says you can't shortcut it if its non-deterministic
he also points out that because you draw 3 cards at a time, you would deck yourself if you had 1-2 cards left in your library and they included the single wincon you needed
you can show your decklist includes multiple draw spells like stock up and star chart, so even if you drew down to 2 cards in library you'd be guaranteed to hit it without decking
judge still says its a non-deterministic draw order and the rules are very clear:

>Non-deterministic loops (loops that rely on decision trees, probability or mathematical convergence) may not be shortcut. A player attempting to execute a nondeterministic loop must stop if at any point during the process a previous game state (or one identical in all relevant ways) is reached again. This happens most often in loops that involve shuffling a library.

Thankfully unlike the worst combos, you can't actually arrive at the same game state or identical in all relevant ways because you're moving cards from library->hand->graveyard. But you aren't allowed to shortcut

single
time
