looks like you can play in English in the beta, as long as you rename the "En.client.bytes" file in "Phone storage/Android/data/com.bilibili.trickcal/files/Table/" (provided you have a file manager app that can bypass Google's stupid read-write prevention on the Android folder) to whatever language you set the beta to (either "Jp" or "Zh_cht"), but it's very obviously incomplete with text overflow, unfinished TL, etc.
