It is. We played it 3 players. Namco's Lucky and Wild. You share a life bar. Drive to avoid obstacles, gunfire, and hazzards, and to stay on the road. I THINK the enemies needed more time to do damage if they were at a bad angle or you were evading, but it's so hectic it's hard to track.
