>even if you hate exercise

I agree with everything else you say except from this. It should be impossible to hate exercise. It's a symptom of being a complete slob.

There is no reason why someone cant dedicate 1 hour a day to walking. People can use this time to self-reflect, to listen to music, to listen to audiobooks, or to just look at trees in nature and deep breathe and relax.

The only reason people think exercise is boring is because they wont give it a try. They think ""EXERCISE"" means sprinting for 50 minutes straight with sweat pooling in your shoes and dripping down your nose and being on the verge of dying.

Exercise can constitute putting on your shoes and walking outside. People shudder at the thought of that but will happily watch 3 hours of TV after work. Make it make sense.

If fat people exercised that may well be half the battle for reducing hunger. The first thing any sedentary person should do if they want a better life is to walk 1 hour a day. Alternatively 10k steps a day. Make sure you hit that everyday with structured walking (not just pottering around the office but to do 5-10k steps in one walking session), they lives will drastically improve
